Mr. Michael Wyre was very attentive to my needs and ensured I was satisfied the service provided prior to me leaving as he always does.

I had an appointment at 7:30 am and arrived slightly early. As the time reached closer to 7:30 there were quite a few cars waiting which automatically had me thinking the start up process would take a while. As soon as 7:30 hit about 5 associates came and assisted everyone. I was assisted by Mario Rodriguez and he helped me get everything done in a timely fashion before it started raining so thank you.

Gave me the run around for 3+ weeks and finally was told to bring it up one morning and they will fix it. Got there early in the morning and was finally told that I can not get my KIA fixed under the warranty I have because I did not buy it from there. I was never updated throughout the process, no call backs, emails etc. I had to drive up there 3 times

Needed service on our 2020 KIA Sportage and to take care of a recall ticket. We worked with Mario Rodriguez at the service center to schedule and handle the work. Have to say that Mario is one of the most customer oriented service personnel I have ever worked with; prompt and efficient in keeping us informed of the work. Parts needed to be ordered before the work could be completed and Mario stayed right on top of it to make it happen .... and proactively keep us informed.

My experience with Tyrique Faust was superb. He listened and understood my needs/wants and made sure I was satisfied with my pick which was the 3rd vehicle I looked at. He didn’t try to rush me even though I was rushing and made sure all of my questions were properly answered.

The service department has been greatly improved. My Service Consultant Mario expeditiously handled my repair, including warranty coverage. Marion did an excellent job keeping me informed of the progress of the repairs.

Kia has given me the worst service of my life. I went there twice because my check engine light was on, and to no avail they couldn’t find the issue. And they made me pay the diagnostic fee after they couldn’t find the problem the first time. Also they are very disorganized. 7 months later my check engine light is still on and when I called they have no notes on what was done to my car the last time it there. My vehicle gear shift was locked on my 2020 Telluride. The windows, door locks, trunk, wipers and several other components didn’t work. I took it in to determine the problem and after troubleshooting it was determined that rodents had damaged the harnesses.
Mario Rodriquez and the Service Manager Steve was able to provide me a loaner while they made the necessary repairs.
They were diligent in keeping me posted along the way.

Thankful for squeezing me in for a tire change without an appointment. Only issue was that they initially installed the wrong tire, which I find odd since the tire being removed was identical to the new replacement. Unfortunately this resulted in an excessive timeframe for one tire change.

They have great customer service. I have been a customer for four years. Never had a problem.

Derrick made my visit pleasant and quick! We had a brief conversation that made me laugh and uplifted my mood! You never know how a person is doing, so being kind is important! He made sure my K5 was serviced as requested, and replaced my air cap that was left of the previous visit. 😊

I worked with Chad Dukes at Werner Kia in Tallahassee and he was great to work with. He and Leland listened to what I was wanting and they found exactly that. The time spent there was enjoyable. Not typically what I have said about car dealerships in the past.

I have dealt with Kia since I purchased my 2016 truck and is paid off...I chose to continue to come to Kia because Kia is the only service that worked on my truck...the main reason is because the employee Michael Wyre listens when I tell him about the problem I have with the truck and gives me a good understanding of the matter....his advice has given me great comfort when I come for service. I came in for a recall on my 2017 Sportage engine and was helped by Michael Wyre. The repair took some time, but Michael kept me updated and made sure I had a loaner vehicle for the duration. They definitely do their best to make sure customers are taken care of and their attention to detail is appreciated!

Michael Wyre was beyond amazing and very helpful during my experience at Werner Kia. He continuously kept me informed about my car and the services being done. As well as broke down everything required during my service. He answered every question I had so that I understood.

Would choose 0 stars if I could. The maintenance department is horrible. They have had my car for 3 weeks, can’t tell me what’s wrong, won’t return my calls, and refuse to provide a loaner car. I have filed a formal complaint with corporate. Next step is hiring an attorney!
